[MassHistPres] house needs to be saved

I have a client who plans to tear down a mid-18th century house just  
west of Route 495 not far from Rt 2.  They are amenable to making the  
house available for dismantling.  If you know anyone who may be  
seriously interested in investing the time and money to dismantle such  
a house, have them contact me and I will pass on further information.   
My obligations to them prevent me from releasing further information  
at this time, but if there is a way to save the house from demolition  
I am more than happy to assist in that process.   In fact, if a  
potential buyer surfaces, my own crew could carry out the  
documentation and dismantling.
