[MassHistPres] Minutes becoming public

Does this issue about public access to minutes pertain to Historical  
Commissions as well as Historic District Commissions? In Lenox they  
are separate and the Historical Commission has no permitting  
authority. No applications come before us, we are only an advisory  
board.
