[MassHistPres] 40C industrial buildings

In Easton we have voted to enter a public-private partnership with a developer of the Ames Shovel Works.  The buildings are in a location that will be on our Annual Town Meeting agenda to be included in a new 40C district.  Does anyone have design guidelines available that we may use for guidance/comparison purposes?  Thanks in advance for the input.
