The recent approval of the windmill siting bill - vesting all authority in a
single agency, similar to the 40B approach - might be of more significance
to local HDCs, which would be relegated, as I understand it, to merely
advisory capacity.
Speaking of 40B, Question 2 on this November's ballot will be the repeal of
that law, which has, directly or indirectly, had negative impacts on local
HDCs.
