[MassHistPres] Pre-demolition documentation

It has been my experience that I am signing demo permits often weeks before the actual demolition takes place.  Don't know why it would be different here, but that seems to be the case.

  Ah, but if you want pictures, 7 days will do no good. At least in Concord, the bulldozers are there the day after the demo permit is pulled (and the developer has already taken down the surrounding trees and shrubs, often..) But perhaps other towns do it differently?
