Hi Herb,

In Georgetown our Historical Commission has received CPA funding for
many uses other than restoration and rehabilitation.

Signage; Monuments and Markers; Consultants to create Preservation
Plans; Consultants to do Historic surveys; the list goes on....

Check out the appropriations made in the past at:

http://www.georgetowncpc.com

On the left hand side of that opening page you'll see links for
"Approved Projects" (for each year). Look at the 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008
years specifically.
Once you do, if you need more information just send me an email directly
(offline of the listserve).

Best,
H. LaCortiglia
Chairman,
Georgetown CPC
