[MassHistPres] Preservation of significant buildings and CPC

I would appreciate learning if and how local historical commissions have  
taken the initiative to preserve privately-owned significant buildings  using 
CPC funds.  In our case in point, the building is a NRIND and the  
Historical Commission holds and interior and exterior  preservation restriction. The 
property is for sale. The present  owners want the building to be preserved 
and are willing to work with the  commission.
