What does isd say is necessary for c of c?
As I recall compliance does have some sensible flexability built into
it knowing that these situations will come up.
Ask to see quotes! Ask a few people for rough budgets as 35k is a big
# although it may be a really big nice house.
Lastly, you might want to go to the head of the loan program and ask
them to offer the homeowner a little more money to cover a nicer
result.
