[MassHistPres] District Boundary Walk

Hi all,

I'm planning on an experiment with my commission this May: walk the  
district boundaries (staying on public byways). My hope is that we'll  
do it twice a year (once for each of our districts). I'm thinking  
about opening it up to whoever wants to walk with us, just announcing  
in the local paper that we're going for an informal walk and anyone  
who wants to can join us. I see it as a way to build awareness of the  
districts.

Do you see any issues here regarding open meeting law or other such  
things? Parading without a license? Any liability issues?
