[MassHistPres] Appraisers for one-room school house and contents?

Dear preservationists,

 

The Stow Historical Commission is responsible for a Town-owned one-room
school house that needs an appraisal of both the building and its contents
for insurance purposes.

 

Does anyone have suggestions of appraisers we should contact for this job?
