[MassHistPres] Mass GIS historic data

Mr. Hartmann's reducing the clarity for all of us to see makes it a
little challenging to see what's going on, but if you pull up a second
window on your computer screen and look at Plymouth harbor where the
monument now stands you can clearly tell how there have been major
changes to that point on the harbor.

Is there a web address where we can see the overlay in full clarity?
