Hi,
The Boston Building Materials Resource Center accepts reusable building
materials for low and moderate income people to reuse in their homes. They
accept a wide variety of materials, including windows. You may want to
contact them and see if they are interested in these materials. They also
arrange for pick up of materials.

Their sister organization, the Boston Building Materials Coop, can teach a
homeowner how to repair their own windows.
Hope this helps.
