[MassHistPres] Construction of house near cemetery

Our building inspector had an inquiry regarding the construction of a house 
 on a lot with a small cemetery. They are purchasing the remaining land of  
an old farm, that had been subdivided. This lot has the family graveyard. I 
 can find nothing in our town cemetery list for this property. 
Is there any requirements regarding distance to the gravesite area for  
construction of a new house?
