[MassHistPres] advice on kitchen/laundry sinks appreciated!

Tell her to call her city councilors, alderman, mayor etc. and move the
battle to inter town/city departments! Having someone "on your side" in the
city will make a world of difference.
Is there an oven in the space...a refrigerator, maybe a dishwasher? These
are all things that will weigh the conversation in one direction or another!
