I don't know much about it, but I was in Quincy earlier this year (I 
think...might have been in the fall) and saw them tearing down what I 
thought was just a 1980s movie theater on Hancock St. When they were doing 
the demo, I realized it was a much older industrial building that had been 
repurposed. It looks like they're putting a new road right through where 
it used to be.

I'm not sure why they think building new stuff is the answer when Quincy 
already has so much vacant space.
