Earl- Have you tried Anderson and McQuade, 170 Fawcett Street, Cambridge
(near Fresh Pond Circle) (617) 876-3250. They have the most complete line
of stock moldings that I have found in the Boston area. Give them a call or
go on line to www.andersonmcquade.com <http://www.andersonmcquade.com/> .
Good hunting!

Subject: [MassHistPres] wood moldings - true dimensional stock question
Does anyone have a supplier for moldings and other wooden stock that is at
true dimension? Currently I am looking for a stop with a rounded edge that
is 1/2" thick and is 15/16" wide. Local lumberyards carry stock that is
only 3/8" thick but they sometimes call it 1/2". If I find a wider piece, I
could cut it down, so what I really need is the true 1/2" thickness.
