Arlington's by-law is the same as Amherst's in this regard. In addition, we define demolition as including demolition or covering of more than 25% of any elevation (Title VI, Article 6, Section 2 J).

Amherst's demolition delay bylaw does not distinguish between public and private structures or buildings. Every building or structure of historic significance is susceptible to demolition delay.
