[MassHistPres] S.2053 -- contact Patrick as well as legislators

Re Gov. Patrick's support of S.2053 (see below), Googling S.2053 reveals several preservation and archaeology groups urging supporters to contact their legislators. Hopefully there are other groups that don't show up on the net.
Most of them appropriately suggest contacting your local delegation as well as the co-chairs and members of the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight. But few seem also to suggest contacting Gov. Patrick. It is important that he too knows there is opposition.
This issue may be quiet for now but it could get hot fast in January. Without vocal, broad based opposition thousands of historic properties could loose the modicum of protection afforded by MHC's review.
