Town of Whately
Town Hall Feasibility and Space Needs Study

The Town of Whately will accept complete proposals for the Town Hall 
Feasibility and Space Needs Study until 3:00 p.m. , Tuesday, January 24, 
2012 .  Request for Proposal packets are available at the Selectmen ’s 
Office, 218 Chestnut Plain Road , Whately , MA   01093 or on the town’s 
website at <http://www.whately.org>www.whately.org.  Any amendments to the 
packets will also be posted on the website.  Consultants must submit four 
(4) hard copies and one (1) copy on CD of the sealed non-price (technical) 
proposals marked clearly as “Town Hall Study – Non-price Proposal", and one 
(1) original of the priced proposal clearly marked “Town Hall Study – Price 
Proposal".  Proposals that are incomplete, not properly endorsed or signed, 
or otherwise contrary to instructions will be rejected as non-responsive by 
the Procurement Officer.  All proposal submittals, evaluations and 
contracts shall conform to the Uniform Procurement Act, Massachusetts 
General Laws Chapter 7 s38 A ½ O.  Qualified MBE/WBE Consultants or 
Consultants using qualified MBE/WBE as subcontractors are strongly 
encouraged to apply.  All proposals should be mailed or hand delivered to 
the Town of Whately , Lynn Sibley , Town Administrator, 218 Chestnut Plain 
Road, P. O. Box 181 , Whately , MA   01093 .  The Town of Whately reserves 
the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in total or in part as
