[MassHistPres] Archaeological Reconnainance Survey

The North Attleborough Historical Commission is looking to include the cost of an Archaeological Reconnainance Survey in our town budget.  We have been asked by our finance team to find out what other Cities and Towns, that have  completed an ARS ,have done with this document and what specific benefit is it to their community.
