[MassHistPres] LHD administration

Lincoln has four separate areas in a town historic district  
administered by one historic district commission: Lincoln Center (a  
large residential cluster spanning three centuries of houses), Codman  
(an estate house owned by HNE and related town-owned barns and  
farmland), Woods End (the Gropius House and a group of associated  
International style houses), and the 18th century Corey-Brown House  
and associated caretaker's cottage). Most of the HDC's hearings  
concern changes in the Center.
