The Pelham Historical Commission anticipates seeking bids for limited
carpentry repairs, washing, historically sensitive preparation, and painting
of the 1743 Pelham Town Hall this summer. We are being guided in this work
by consultant Sara Chase. Firms and individuals with experience in this work
who would like to receive a notice of the call for bids should respond to
this email giving name, address and other contact information. Other
qualification data are not required at this time. The call for bids is
expected to be sent out and posted about mid-May for work to start on or
shortly after July 1.
