[MassHistPres] Maintenance Plans

 I am part of a group putting together a long term-30 or 50 year- maintenance or stewardship plan for a Historical Society's circa 1756 Museum House. We are looking for advice on the issues that Historical Societies or preservation groups have encountered with such plans or, better yet, are there examples of long term plans in place people can share? Also, do other groups have a successful format for keeping records of materials used?
