[MassHistPres] Handicap Access Ramps

Here is another example of a ramp using grading of the walkway and
extending it out from the house in order to get the length (for which we
were able to keep the incline down so that railings were not required).
The Witch House uses the rear door as their main entrance to the site
where all visitors begin the tour.  You can see photos on the

attached pictures.  Our building inspector recommended putting small
stones into the walkway to help give a more natural appearance.
