[MassHistPres] MassHistPres Digest, Vol 68, Issue 25

Everyone who has a Comcast email address (or gets routed through a 
comcast server) was down for a while. Chris contacted them and rectified 
the issue.

It seems that when folks using comcast identify an email as spam Comcast 
puts the email sender on a list. The listed senders (such as the Hist 
listserve ) got identified as spam and comcast blocked all mail from them.

Seems to be working now....
