[MassHistPres] State certified architect

As a condition of Springfield receiving money to rebuild the
walking/hiking trails in Forest Park, which is considered a historical
park by the state, the MHC is looking for a State Certified
Archaeologist, who would "do some digging" to ensure that the city won't
be digging in any historically sensitive areas.

No one at the city has any clue as to where to find such a person. The
MHC has an archaeologist on staff, but he is too busy to do this work.
Any thoughts?
