REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Yarmouth Historical Commission, by and though the Town of Yarmouth, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Yarmouth Community-Wide Historic Properties Survey."  Proposals must be received at Historical Commission Office, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, on or before noon on Friday, September 28, 2012.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing the scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available upon request from the Office of the Yarmouth Historical Commission Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA  02664.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications:  a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two (2) years' full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
