[MassHistPres] Architectural qualifications for town-owned historic structures

A local not-for-profit has approached our CPC with a proposal for the adaptive re-use of a local 19th century building in Town.  Unfortunately the proposal doesn't include qualifications for the professionals performing the work.
I would appreciate receiving copies of, or links to RFP's for architectural restoration services for Town-owned structures.
