that we set a due date for replies. That date is March 31, 2001.

Subject: Request for Letters of Interest-Archtectural Descriptions

 

The Pelham (Massachusetts) Historical Commission is seeking letters of
interest from individuals qualified to provide architectural descriptions of
approximately 50 residential buildings to be nominated to the MHC Inventory.

 

The work will be confined to architectural descriptions, in digital form,
suitable for use on the MHC Form B and will not include photography,
historical data, or other sections of Form B since these are being done or
have been done by others.

 

Letters should indicate a cost per structure, or a total cost for 50
structures, plus a resume describing the experience of the writer. Because
the work is restricted to one part of the Form B, we wish to be sure that
interested parties understand this limitation, so formal bids will be
solicited from letters received. Letters should include full contact
information, including an email address.
