The Massachusetts AIA will be advocating for a well-considered response to this bill and we are searching for instances when MHC review played a constructive role in a development project. Given the context for this bill it might be particularly useful to learn of large land development projects with an economic development dimension. Projects with important archeological implications would also be germane.
If you have any knowledge of these, please send them to John Nunnari, Executive Director of AIA Massachusetts at jnunnari at architects.org or to me and I'll forward them through to AIA.
Thanks very much,
Russ Feldman
