[MassHistPres] Local Historic District Regulations - Your Experience

Good afternoon,

 

Easton's Historical Commission is preparing regulations for its local
historic district (the bylaw is already in place). We have a good number
of examples, but would like to hear from those of you with experience in
the administration of LHD regulations. Is there anything particularly
helpful to include in these; anything worth avoiding; any ideas of how
you have improved, or would like to improve the regulations in your
municipality?
