[MassHistPres] LHDs that appear to regulate more broadly

I am interested in learning of any examples of 40c LHDs that might appear to regulate more broadly, in any respect, than might be expected of a typical 40c LHD? -- perhaps an area where 40c might be mute. I'm particulalry interested in examples involving the language of the bylaw itself but also in examples in adopted and published guidelines.

I'm not sure what a good example might be -- maybe trees or stone walls or ponds or streams or ledge?

Somewhat seperately I'm interested in LHD bylaws or guidelines that specifically address issues that might look zoning-like, such as specific setbacks, or building heights, or ground coverages, or FARs, or uses, or paving areas?
