Holyoke Restoration Guild (housed at 92 Race St. in the former Judd Paper
Company, how Gateway City Arts) is an association of trained, experienced
and skilled professionals focused on the restoration and preservation of
historic buildings in Holyoke, Massachusetts. We work under the guidelines
of the Massachusetts Historical Commission and with Holyoke Historical
Commission and other related institutions.

Our members have a strong passion for preserving Holyoke’s cultural
heritage. They understand the need to train new experts who will continue
to preserve our cultural treasures for the upcoming generations.

We seek solutions that balance the old and the modern in complimentary ways
and preserve a healthy environment. We work and share our experience with
volunteers, students and apprentices by educating and mentoring them
through hands-on work programs, internships, lectures and publications.
