[MassHistPres] Historical Commission mailings

The Historical and Historic Districts Commissions each have their own letterhead, which includes the town seal.  The town hall mailroom puts the postage on, seals the envelops and sends the mail out.  The Commissions receive a bill for the amount of postage used each month, which comes out of our operating budget.

Do most municipal historical commissions send its own mail or is it sent by a central office? Do you have a letterhead separate from the municipality?
