James,

I would be interested in seeing your by-law. Could you please post it or a link?

By your description, it sounds like accessory structures like barns or carriage houses are not included. Is that right?

Thanks much,

Elizabeth

In Orleans (Cape Cod) we added some demo by neglect clauses to our demo delay by-law. The key to approval was excluding all owner-occupied structures. We covered only income-producing properties - this included residential rentals.
If someone wishes to have a copy of the Orleans By-Law, please respond to this post and I will attach it to a response.
