[MassHistPres] letter on new historic district?

All,

The Medford Historic District Commission would like to send out an
introductory letter to prospective residents of a new historic district.

The handbook from MHC has a sample of such a letter.  Has anyone else sent
out such a letter that they would be willing to share with us?
