The Chubb Insurance Company offers the "Burgee Program" to cover Yacht
Clubs.  The Beverly Yacht Club in Marion operates out of a building that was
built in the late 18th Century and uses this program for coverage.  The
Gowrie Group is the broker for most of the clubs on the East Coast.  You can
reach them at 860-399-2830.  Ask for Dan Cooney, who is also an officer of
the BYC.

This should solve your problem.

And on a related note, can anyone provide names of companies in
Massachusetts who are comfortable with insuring historic buildings? The
building in question is an historic yacht club on the North Shore.
