[MassHistPres] How do we deal with a violation?

Michael,

Non-lawyers (and I am one) tend to think that filing a lawsuit is a big
deal involving thousands of dollars.

Not at all.  The cost can be in the hundreds, and the offender will
probably back down immediately.
