[MassHistPres] Local Historical Commission Preservation Plan

We did a Preservation Master Plan in 1991 with MHC Survey and Planning Grant and HUD CDBG funds.  We hired an outside consultant.  Some, but not all, of the recommendations have been undertaken.

The North Attleborough Historical Commission is working on a Local Historical Commission Preservation Plan for our town.  We would like to hear from other towns who have such a plan in place, did their members do it, did they hire outside help, how did they fund outside help, have they reached any of the goals set forth in the plan, etc.
