[MassHistPres] Request For Proposals - West Stockbridge Historic Properties Survey Update

The West Stockbridge Historical Commission, by and through the Town of West Stockbridge, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “West Stockbridge Historic Properties Survey Update”.  Proposals must be received at the West Stockbridge Town Hall, 21 State Line Road, West Stockbridge, Massachusetts, 01266, on or before 4:00 pm, Monday, August 12, 2013.

 

The Town of West Stockbridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

 

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 9, 2013 at the Administrative Assistant, West Stockbridge Town Hall, 21 State Line Road, West Stockbridge, Massachusetts 01266. 

Office hours:   Monday (9:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Wednesday - Friday (9:00 am – 4:30pm)

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full‑time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above‑mentioned areas.
