[MassHistPres] Historic Curatorship for New Bedford's Congdon Lucas House

The City of New Bedford has released a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) for the rehabilitation, operation and management of the historic Congdon-Lucas House located within Hazelwood Park. Modeled after DCR's very successful Historic Curatorship program, this will provide a unique opportunity for the right entity to preserve and lease a beautiful property overlooking stunning Buzzard's Bay.

An open house will give respondents the opportunity to view the property, and is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 15 from 10am-2pm.
