[MassHistPres] chapel in a church yard or campus

I hope you will forgive the occasional interesting architectural mystery.

Can anyone identify this unusual diminutive chapel, probably ca. 1900-10, possibly by Edmund Wheelwright.  As you can see it is on the grounds of an earlier rock-faced gothic church or academic building with darker quoining, on a very flat site, with an orchard adjacent and next to a large lake or pond.  There can't be too many sites like that.
