[MassHistPres] commission budgets

An inquiry was made last week about whether historical and historic district
commissions had budgets from their respective municipalities.  I replied
that Arlington did, but I didn't have the figures at hand. Here they are
(from last year's Fin Com report):

Historical Commission $2,160

Historic District Commissions (7 districts) $5,100 (this is spent on modest
compensation for our executive secretary, legal ads for hearings, postage
and photocopying for permits; and occasionally we try to replace one of our
district signs.
