[MassHistPres] grant writing project RFP

The Westminster Historical Commission is seeking a consultant to write a
grant application for the Civil War Preservation grants being offered by
the Massachusetts Sesquicentennial Commission.  The project will be the
restoration of the Civil War monument in the center of town.  Responses are
due by April 11 and the work must be completed by May 17, 2013.  Contact
