[MassHistPres] CPC Funding of National Register nomination

The Dartmouth Historical Commission would like to apply to our local  
CPC for funding to complete a National Register Nomination form for a  
very significant site in town.  We are concerned that town counsel may  
say that this is not a fundable project.  We are looking for precedent  
for use of CPC funds for this purpose.  Has any town used CPC funding  
for nominations?
