[MassHistPres] Adaptive re-use of institutional and commercial buildings

I'm gathering a list of institutional and commercial buildings that have
been repurposed in the last 25-30 years in Massachusetts.  Also interested
in southern NH/ME and RI.  Particularly interested in NRHP and NRHP
eligible buildings converted to residential use in the 1980s and 1990s.
