Can anyone add other cases to update this list of 40Bs (completed or prevented or in process) involving NR listed or NR eligible properties?

PRESENTLY UNRESOLVED
Brookline — Hancock Village
— beginning of permitting process

PREVENTED
Weston — Boston Post Road National Register district
— sufficient delay that developer gave up
— State Senator and Rep. wrote in support of saving the buildings and viewscape, as did SPNEA.
— Sympathetic articles in the Globe sent to DEHC - along with nomination papers for Preservation Mass' 10-Most Endangered list.

BECAME "FRIENDLY" 40B
Brookline — St. Aidens Church
— town initiated friendly 40B -- substantial town funds invested.

Bedford Historic District.
10 units. Realized (but not initiated?) as Friendly 40B with CPA funds.

Weston
Housing in existing buildings with viewscape preservation — CPA $ invested -- de facto friendly 40B.

North Easton — Ames Shovel Works
Became Friendly 40B with new developer using CPA funds.
