[MassHistPres] Request for 18th century brick and floorboards

I must say, sadly, that the Town of Barnstable is considering the demolition of the "Payne Black house," a property it owns but has not properly maintained. 
I inform you of this with a clear double purpose: first, if you ask, perhaps the Town officials will think more seriously about the implications. Second, if they do indeed demolish this structure, then there may be a re-use for the materials.
