Looking for a recommendations for a Preservation Architect  who loves small
projects.  We have finally the funds to prepare plans and specifications for
the restoration of our Holmes Memorial Hall , a small grange type hall that
was used in conjunction with our Holmes one room schoolhouse, a totally
preserved building and listed on the NR.  Attached is the RFP.
