The Swift House is the oldest commercial building standing on its original site in Milton. The current owner wants to tear it down for park There demolition delay has expired. The owner is willing to donate the building to Miltons Parks Department. The Parks Department has a vacant lot for the building but is unwilling to accept the building because it is in such poor condition and Milton does not have the money to rehab the property Does anybody have any suggestions of how to pay for the rehab of this early 1800s house. The property is not on the National Register nor do we have CPA In Milton
